About

Maranatha Baptist Academy is a Christian high school that offers an excellent education and encourages students to go on to a Christian college in preparation for ministry. This is accomplished by providing academic excellence within a Christian context, and by maintaining a wholesome environment where biblical decision making, local church ministry, leadership, values, patriotism, and conformity to Christ can thrive.

Extracurricular opportunities include concert band, concert choir, percussion team, Ministry Team, an annual school play, and a sports program. The Academy offers boys’ soccer, girls’ volleyball, and girls’ and boys’ basketball. MBA is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Christian Schools, the American Association of Christian Schools, and is regionally accredited by Cognia.

The education offered by the Academy is based upon the foundation laid by the parents in the home. The Word of God is clear that education begins in the home (Genesis 18:19; Deuteronomy 6:7; Proverbs 22:6; Ephesians 6:4; 2 Timothy 1:5; 3:15). It is the desire of the faculty and the administration to work in cooperation with parents who understand their God-given responsibility to teach their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. The administration invites parents to contact the office at any time to discuss the educational or spiritual needs of their student
